CivilWorx is currently in the construction phase of this large convenience facility located SW of the intersection of US HWY 30 and Whitney Road.  This 2-acre site includes a variety of civil design aspects including a large number of development action approvals and considerable work with the owner on pavement designs and very detailed grading designs to meet the needs for a variety of large vehicle movements. 

The site incorporated of specialty items like fuel dispensaries and canopies plus the integration with buildings and architectural designs and general coordination with a larger design team.  The site required overall project management on behalf of the owner, retaining wall designs, and general coordination throughout construction.  The project started planning in late 2019 and is pending opening in the fall of 2021.
