CivilWorx is currently in the construction document phase of the new student housing and dining facilities located west of the intersection of Sorority Row and North 15th Street.

This 9-acre site including complicated utility infrastructure improvements, roadway and roundabout and street improvements as well of a variety of site improvements.  Site improvements include pedestrian corridors, fire department access, and general service access.

The project requires integration with architectural designs, landscaping designs, and all design disciplines working on the project.  The project started planning in late 2020 and is pending construction beginning in the fall of 2022.
